“ love BBQ. I mean… I REALLY love BBQ. I’ve watched countless shows about legendary spots all over America and never thought we’d have something like that right on our own doorstep but Smoke BBQ absolutely delivers. The only other place I’ve been to that comes close is Holy Smokes in Portadown, and that’s saying a lot. The food here is unreal. Proper, honest, no-shortcuts BBQ... the kind that makes you stop talking mid-bite and just nod in appreciation. I work very weird hours, so I don’t get here as often as I’d like, but when I do… it’s absolute heaven. Big shout-out to the servers as well... genuinely friendly, helpful, and clearly proud of what they’re serving. There’s great parking, a brilliant atmosphere, and the whole place feels like you’ve just rocked up to the Yellowstone ranch for dinner. If you love BBQ, this place isn’t optional... it’s essential. ”

“ Food was amazing. Server was very helpful and gave us good advice on choices and how to have the best experience. Nice seating area in the porch with plenty of heaters for colder nights. Take away boxes given to us at the end of our meal to take home leftovers. We really enjoyed our meal. ”

“ 1st timers. We didn't go for a platter but went for the Beast burgers. They came out like platters! Absolutely huge burger and plenty of chips and slaw and corn. We couldn't finish but got takeaway boxes to enjoy later. Absolutely fantastic service and staff very friendly. We will definitely be back. ”

“ Absolutely gorgeous food and 10 stars plus with customer service. I booked a table for dinner but because of a storm the restaurant had to close. They made sure to ring and leave a voicemail saying they would be closed and to rebook it. Next day booked again, and sure didn't regret. Fantastic food ”

“ Had a table booked yesterday for 4 people. Seen pictures of meals on website. Ordered biggest plater for sharing 75pounds. 4 sides included. Plater was massive. Had all types of meat!!! It was like heaven in mouth...all juicy and tasty. Best bbq i had in my life. Bill for 4people with drinks only92 pounds...couldnt finished all. But they have takeaway boxes. 100 out of 100 ”

“ We’ve been a few times now and never had any problems, the food is beautiful, especially the Garlic Parmesan fries and ribs. Reasonably priced for the portion you get, we’ve always came home with leftovers! The beef brisket is full of flavour and needs nothing added to it. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The cherry cola bbq is unbelievable, plus they sell it, we bought a bottle to bring home! Please note there are more ribs under the first lot lol! ”

“ I’m going to leave a long and honest review, from myself and my partner’s experience there. Yes, I did ask his opinion as well ! I’m not a food reviewer and don’t eat out that much, but if I do leave a review, it’s either good or extremely disappointing. This is what I hope you’ll find as very positive feedback! Firstly, it was easy to book online. I just googled Smoke BBQ and when I saw the place (which was immediately, as I use my current location when searching), there was an option to book there straight away. It also asks if you need any special access or if it’s a special occasion, which is always nice! Also, there’s good parking available very close to the restaurant. When we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and so friendly. The wait staff were attentive without being overbearing and also extremely polite, even asking about food intolerances and allergies, which I’ve actually never been asked before so they’re on the ball, but it’s also not an issue for us so personally, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Everything on the menu was easy to read and understand and there were plenty of options for vegetarians and people with gluten sensitivity. Again, don’t usually notice that as it’s not an issue for me, but it’s great to see. We weren’t prepared for the magnitude of the food, which was fantastic for what we paid! My partner tried so hard, but failed to finish his food in the restaurant. I couldn’t finish mine either! However, the wait staff had some takeaway boxes on hand for our leftover food and we were able to take it home. Not a lot of places that I’ve been to do that, so we left without feeling like any money or food was wasted. One slight negative for us was that the Mac and cheese balls were overly salty. It may have been the Parmesan cheese that they were dusted in, I’m not too sure. Otherwise, they were really nice. When we were finished, we paid by card and as I was about to get some cash from my purse to leave a tip (I will do so when we’ve been taken care of, which is often, so normal), but the lady who was taking payment explained that there was an option to tip on the screen of the card machine, but she also made a point of saying that we could decline and didn’t watch as we made our selection. We did tip and I hope it’s split evenly between everyone on the floor and waiting staff. They work so hard to make sure everyone is happy and for us, it didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, a great experience for us both to eat there and will definitely recommend the place to friends and family. I’ve already planned a visit next month with my sister, so will absolutely be back, as I’m sure my partner will too. Not next time though. That’s a sister dinner!! ”
